PASTA SALAD
RECIPE
Boil 16 oz. of Bowtie Noodles until Al Dente
In A Bowl
Add 1 Half Red Onion Finely Diced
1 Can of Sun Dried Tomatoes. Finely Diced
Pre-Heat oven to 400 degrees
Roast 1 Can of Chickpeas with Paprika &
1 Head of Broccolini Chopped in the oven
Bake for 20 mins
Add Salt, Pepper, Paprika, Onion & Garlic Powder
**Sauce**
1 cup of Tahini sauce
The Juice of 1 Whole Lemon
1/4 Cup of Honey
Add Water to Desired Consistency
Mix everything together. Enjoy hot or cold. Season to taste.
KALE SALAD
RECIPE
In 1 Large Bowl
Add 1 Head of Freshly Chopped Kale
1/2 Cup of Olive Oil
Massage Kale & Olive Oil Together to Soften It Up
Add 1/2 Red Onion Diced
1/2 Cup Of Nutritional Yeast
Cut 10 Sun Dried Tomatoes from jar
Add 1 or 2 Soft Avocados
4 Garlic Cloves Minced
The juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper *Spicy*
1 Table Spoon of Salt
Add Sweetened Dried Cranberries *Sweet*
Massage Ingredients Together
